Coronavirus Mediation Services for Massachusetts

Divorce Mediation During Coronavirus

Coronavirus Mediation Services

Despite the coronavirus crisis, we continue to operate a fully staffed virtual office.  Our dedicated support staff answer all calls and emails in real-time. With five mediators and a fully functioning support staff, we have the resources to schedule you for a mediation session as quickly as the same day that you contact us by phone or email.

Video Mediation – Our mediators use the Zoom platform to conduct video mediation. Zoom smartphone apps are available for free download at the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android). Our video mediation sessions are secure and confidential. For individuals without internet access, we also conduct mediation by telephone conference.

Short-Term Mediation – During the pandemic, we are providing short-term mediation for periods as brief as one hour to assist parties in resolving temporary orders for child custody, child support and alimony.

Filing Joint Petitions, Agreements and Scheduling Review Hearings with Courts – In addition to video mediation, we assist clients with the preparation and filing of completed agreements, including supporting documents and assistance with filing procedures, and assisting clients with obtaining hearing dates for the review and approval of Separation Agreements.

In addition, we provide Coronavirus Legal Services via our sister organization, the law firm Lynch & Owens, P.C.
